Instructions To Order Your Securitized Commercial Mortgage Audit

Thanks for giving us the oppurtinity to service you. Follow the directions closely because we get hundreds of email requests daily. If you don’t follow the directions your information could be lost in space.
Step 1 - Scan all documents requested in the Required Documents For Audit Worksheet. PLEASE NOTE: All documents must be in PDF format.
Step 2 - Email your documents (along with your contact information) to: firstname.lastname@example.org. This email address is only for audit submissions, questions regarding the status of an audit, or questions regarding a completed audit.
Step 3 - You will receive a return email if we need any other documents submitted or documents are missing.
Step 4- Make your payment using one of the following options:
Option A - Certified Funds or Official Check
Send your payment via certified funds or official check made out to Liberty Marketing and mail your payment to:

Option B - Standard Service (via Paypal) - $1,299
Option C - Expedited Service (via Paypal) - $1,449
Option D - Three monthly installments (via Paypal) of $483 per payment for standard service ($1,449 total)
PLEASE NOTE: Audit will be started after last payment is received with 2 week turnaround time.
Step 5 - Once your payment is received, your audit will be started.
